Role : ServiceNow HAM Pro / HAM / SLTN Developer

What Youll Do :

- Develop and customize Flow Designer workflows and Service Catalog items

- Write clean, optimized Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts

- Customize HAM workflows and create new modules/solutions within ServiceNow

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow code issues

- Work as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist across ITOM & ITAM

- Enhance and administer modules: HAM Pro, Software/Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, CMS, PPM (IdeaDemandProjects)

- Build integrations with 3rd-party apps using SOAP, REST, and Integration Hub

- Prepare design docs, test cases & perform unit testing

- Support ITIL-based processes and Agile delivery (SAFe)

- Design, develop, deploy, and improve end-to-end ServiceNow solutions

What You Bring :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro / HAM / SLTN Development

- Expertise in Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Asset Management modules

- Strong scripting experience : JavaScript, GlideRecord, JSON, SQL/MySQL

- Knowledge of ReactJS (preferred), Portal/Workspace Builder, CMS

- Proficiency with ServiceNow Development APIs

- Hands-on experience with SOAP/REST integrations

- Bonus : LDAP Integration, Full-stack exposure
