Job Title : ServiceNow HAM Pro Developer.

Work timings : 3 pm to 11 pm.

Experience Level : 5+ years.

Required :

- 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and HAM Workspace.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Asset-CI synchronization.

- Experience creating and managing operational playbooks, asset lifecycle workflows, and catalog items.

- Familiarity with CSDM, ITIL v4, and ServiceNow ITAM best practices.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for asset data monitoring.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM).

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow HAM with Procurement Systems, Intune, SCCM, or other asset data sources.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Professional with hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro and HAM Workspace to manage the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle across enterprise environments including endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud resources.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNows IT Asset Management suite, and the ability to design, implement, and optimize asset management processes aligned with ITIL and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management :

- Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal across endpoints, datacenter, and cloud environments.

- Maintain accuracy and compliance in hardware asset records, ensuring data consistency across CMDB, Discovery, and HAM Pro.

- Drive process automation and optimization of asset tracking, assignment, and reclamation workflows.

ServiceNow HAM Pro Operations :

- Operate and administer ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and HAM Workspace.

- Perform model management and normalization for hardware assets to ensure alignment with approved standards.

- Manage asset creation, catalog setup, and maintenance for seamless hardware request and fulfillment workflows.

- Configure and support HAM-related workflows, lifecycle events, and playbooks to ensure efficiency and governance.

Data Quality & Reconciliation :

- Identify and remediate data gaps in hardware inventory using Discovery, CMDB, and IntegrationHub.

- Analyze discrepancies between discovered and managed assets to improve inventory accuracy and compliance.

- Establish and maintain data quality metrics and reconciliation rules to support audit and compliance requirements.

Operational Playbooks & Governance :

- Develop and maintain HAM/SAM operational playbooks for IT Asset Management (ITAM) operations, including : .

o Model Management.

o Asset and Entitlement Creation.

o Catalog and Workflow Management.

o Asset Lifecycle Management (Procure ? Deploy ? Maintain ? Retire).

- Ensure HAM processes align with CSDM and ITIL frameworks, supporting organizational governance and reporting needs.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

- Collaborate with Procurement, IT Operations, SAM, and CMDB teams to ensure cohesive ITAM operations.

- Partner with the ServiceNow Platform team to implement enhancements and maintain platform stability.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Performance Analytics.
