ServiceNow GRC Consultant - IT Audit

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow GRC modules, including :

- Policy and Compliance Management

- Risk Management

- Audit Management

- Vendor Risk Management

- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow GRC configurations.

- Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts as needed.

- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party tools and systems.

- Perform system administration tasks and regular platform maintenance.

- Create detailed documentation including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.

- Provide end-user training and support during and after deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, audit, ITSM, and compliance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with at least 1 years focused on GRC modules.

- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR).

- Experience in ServiceNow platform scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and reporting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- ServiceNow GRC certification is a strong plus.
