Must Have Skills : ServiceNow Generative AI Controller, ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT), AI governance

External Description :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) Specialist to design, setup, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions/workflows within ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ServiceNow, a strong understanding of AI and automation workflows, and the ability to integrate and operationalize AICT capabilities to drive efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, setup, configure, and maintain ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) solutions to orchestrate and monitor AI-driven automations across the enterprise.

- Design calculations, aggregations and business logics for templates.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and integrate AICT with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).

- Develop automation blueprints and workflows using AICT, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

- Work with AI models, Machine Learning capabilities, and external automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Azure AI, OpenAI) through the AICT framework.

- Establish governance, metrics, and monitoring for AI automations using AICT dashboards.

- Integrate ServiceNow with existing systems within the organization.

- Ensure AI governance, data security, and compliance standards are met in all automation designs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform or workflow issues related to AICT.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new areas for automation and AI integration.

- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, and business process owners to align AICT deployments with enterprise strategy.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or administration experience.

- Experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or related automation frameworks.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, predictive intelligence, and workflow automation.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with AI and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Azure AI, OpenAI API, AWS AI).

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience implementing ServiceNow Generative AI Controller or Now Assist features.

- Familiarity with AI governance and monitoring frameworks.

- Exposure to Agile / DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow.

- Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, GlideScript, Python preferred).

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, or AI/ML Specialist) are highly desirable.

- Exposure to banking risk data/risk assessment projects.
