Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM Consultant with deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and customizing the Field Service Management (FSM) module within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The role involves end-to-end FSM solution delivery, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, integration, and post-implementation support. The consultant will also work closely with business stakeholders, ITSM teams, and integration teams to ensure seamless deployment of FSM capabilities.


Core Skills & Technical Expertise :


- ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) : Workforce Management, Work Order Management, Dispatch Console, Mobile App, Asset & Inventory Management, Now Assist AI.


- ServiceNow ITSM Modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog.


- Custom Service Portal Development : Widgets, AngularJS, Service Portal APIs, UI customization.


- Integration : REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, eBonding, Service Graph Connectors.


- Scripting : JavaScript (ES5/ES6), Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Glide API.


- UI & Workflow Development : Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Catalog Builder.


- Security & Compliance : ACLs, Domain Separation, Encryption, Data Policies, Role Management.


- Platform Expertise : ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, Notifications, Mobile App customization.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end implementation of FSM modules Work Orders, Dispatch Console, Scheduling Optimization, Workforce & Asset Management.


- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Glide Records).


- Customize and configure Service Portal widgets using AngularJS, Jelly, and HTML/CSS.


- Design and execute third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, eBonding, Service Graph).


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prepare technical specifications, and implement scalable FSM solutions.


- Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and training to drive adoption and ensure solution alignment with business processes.


- Maintain platform performance, security, and compliance in accordance with best practices.


- Provide go-live support, defect triaging, and post-implementation stabilization.


- Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, and user training material.


Nice to Have :


- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM or CMDB integration.


- Familiarity with Now Assist / AI capabilities in FSM.


- Exposure to Mobile App configuration and offline capabilities.


- ServiceNow CSA, CIS-FSM, or CAD certifications.
