About the Role:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Expert with strong hands-on development experience and deep expertise in ITSM and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change), ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps, and ServiceNows AI/ML features. Experience implementing enterprise-level ITOM solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Lead implementation of ITOM modules Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

- Configure and manage MID Servers and Discovery infrastructure.

- Implement and support AIOps features, including event correlation and alert noise reduction.

- Maintain CMDB health, data governance, and normalization.

- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Automate workflows using Flow Designer / Orchestration.

- Enhance and manage ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance of solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong ServiceNow development skills (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies).

- Proficiency in JavaScript (server-side & client-side scripting).

- Hands-on experience with ITOM implementations Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.

- Practical knowledge of AIOps and AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow.

- Experience with CMDB architecture and governance.

- Good understanding of the ITIL framework and ITSM.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM (CIS-ITOM)

- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
