Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions to ensure effective monitoring, automation, and management of IT infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party monitoring tools and systems.

- Maintain and enhance CMDB accuracy and ensure proper configuration item relationships.

- Automate and streamline IT operations processes using ServiceNow workflows and scripts.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and development teams to identify and implement monitoring requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Ensure best practices and governance standards are followed across ServiceNow implementations.

- Provide technical documentation, training, and support for ongoing operations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.

- Working knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.

- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, or SecOps modules.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery Patterns and Orchestration.

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- ServiceNow certification, such as CSA, CISITOM, or CAD, preferred.
