Must-Have :
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and financial modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security principles.
- Experience in designing and implanting ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
- Experience with virtual agent deployment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
