Job Description

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have :

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and financial modules.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security principles.

- Experience in designing and implanting ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.

- Experience with virtual agent deployment is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have :


- Prior experience in Customer facing roles will be an added advantage.

- Prior experience of working in production support environment.

- Experience with Requirement analysis and design.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :


- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirement and design solution using the ServiceNow platform.

- Develop custom applications, workflows, and automations withing ServiceNow to support Customer Service Management and Financial processes.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize functionality and user experience.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team members and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party applications and plugins within ServiceNow.

- Contribute to the development of documentation, training materials, and user guides.

- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of ServiceNow solutions.
