About the Role :


We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Engineer to join a leading telecommunications company on a fully remote basis in India. This 12-month contract role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact implementation project with immediate onboarding. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions to optimize business processes and enhance CRM functionality.


As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing innovative solutions that drive operational efficiencies for the sales and support teams.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.


- Collaborate with a Scrum/Agile team to enhance and optimize CRM tools and workflows.


- Develop and maintain custom entities, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies within ServiceNow.


- Build and manage API integrations with external systems and applications.


- Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity across platforms.


- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data extraction purposes.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless functionality for end-users.


- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance platform capabilities.


- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and implement solutions aligned with business goals.


Required Qualifications & Skills :


- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.


- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.


- Proven experience with API integrations, data migration, and custom entity development within ServiceNow.


- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.


- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing multiple priorities.


Preferred / Pluses :


- Prior experience in telecommunications or CRM-focused projects.


- Familiarity with ITSM processes and ITIL framework.


- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or HR modules.


- Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting best practices.
