Role : ServiceNow Engineer/Consultant

Job Description :

This senior role is a multi-facetted employee within the ServiceNow organization and a point of escalation on site in India.

- Responsibilities will be owning Modules within ServiceNow and function as a Subject Matter Expert for these tools; including but not limited to ITSM, Discovery, Event Management, SPM, IntegrationHub, Midservers and all applicable coding languages and security.

- Build platform capabilities utilizing Flow Designer, custom code and integrations with external systems.

- Work platform tickets and incidents as the come in.

- Maintain Instance stability and security.

- Ideate new capabilities and train existing staff on continuing education.

- Working knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities involving ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ServiceWatch, Midserver and security architecture for SaaS platforms.

- Strong configuration of base capabilities and examples of platform integration models. Strong grasp on team interoperation and collaboration.

- Ability to handle multiple workstreams efficiently and with clear communication of expectations and status. Ability to provide education to junior skillset team members across global positions.

- Capable of delivering documentation and training on areas of interest on ServiceNow capabilities
