- Candidate would be responsible for working on the migration of Base))) to the NOW CSM workflow management platform

- Handle multiple teams and be in a position to lead them technically

- Independently handle multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth running of the projecs

- Collaborating with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements

- Be the technical go to person for their team.

- Staying abreast of technology trends in NOW ensuring edge in knowledge

- Actively participate in architecture and design discussions for fulfilling the requirements coming from business teams.

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Candidate should be strong in Core Java and should have practical exposure to OOPS.

- Candidate should have relevant exposure(at least 2+ years) to the relevant NOW platform through technical development involving scripting, worflows and integrations

- Candidate must have worked on the SQL Databases (Oracle, MySQL) and should have worked on writing queries and stored procedures.

- Good knowledge on F&A business processes and abundant experience in all phases of SDLC

- Good analytical skills for understanding migration techniques and aptitude for newer Business Solutions

- Candidate must have experience in using Web Services and should have decent exposure to XML and Related XML technology

- Good knowledge of integration techniques using API's

- Atleast 3+ years experience in handling teams of 15+ members

- Candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and should have played a part in the requiremnts gathering phase.

Preferable skills :

- Exposure to various reporting tools

- Certification on the NOW platform
