About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Workday integration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and various enterprise HR systems to support seamless HR automation and workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

- Build, maintain, and enhance integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and Workday.

- Work with APIs, IntegrationHub, SOAP/REST web services for smooth data flow.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with HR tech, engineering, and functional teams to define integration requirements.

- Implement best practices and ensure platform stability, security, and performance.

- Prepare documentation for integrations, workflows, and technical processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

- Expertise in building workflows, scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, client/server scripts.

- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Proven experience working on enterprise HRSD and HR integrations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
