ServiceNow Developer - SPM/EA Modules

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules. The ideal candidate should be technically strong in coding and configuration and also confident in conducting client workshops, capturing requirements, and translating them into solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and script includes using JavaScript and Glide.

- Lead and participate in requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions with clients/stakeholders.

- Build and enhance features like Project Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and

Resource Management.

- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Service Graph Connectors, and Database connectors.

- Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs and user stories.

- Collaborate with process owners, architects, QA teams, and business analysts.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on with SPM (PPM, APM, Agile, Demand, Resource) and EA modules.

- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.

- Experience with third-party integrations, data imports, and mid-server configurations.

- Strong experience in workshop facilitation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.

- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodology.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of Performance Analytics, ITOM, CMDB.

- Familiarity with TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
