Role : Servicenow Developer.

Location : Offshore Remote.

Duration : 6-12 Months.

Required :

We're currently looking for someone with deeper hands-on experience specifically in Software Asset Management (SAM), Predictive Analytics, Now Assist, and Employee Center implementations.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions that drive efficiency and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).


- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.


- Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.


- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment procedures.


- Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.


- Participate in platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations.


- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve bugs and performance issues.


- Stay current with new features and best practices related to the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications :


- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a professional setting.


- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and general web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).


- Experience with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.


- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.


- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.


- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CAD) are a plus.


- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
