LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Service Portfolio Management (SPM) to design and deliver scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in ServiceNow development, a solid understanding of SPM modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust and efficient technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNows SPM modules including : Project Management, Ideation, Financial Management, Time Management, and Resource Management.

- Conduct requirement-gathering and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

- Translate client requirements into well-architected technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.

- Implement Client-side and Server-side scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workspace configurations.

- Develop, test, and deploy enhancement stories, ensuring code quality and compliance with platform standards.

- Utilize TeamSpaces and Multi-Currency Exchange configurations where applicable.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of core ServiceNow tables, relationships, and data model.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Produce detailed technical design documents and maintain accurate implementation records.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong focus on SPM modules.

- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.

- Expertise in Client & Server-side scripting, UI Actions, UI Pages, Catalog Client Scripts, and Business Rules.

- Hands-on experience in Workspace customization and UI Builder.

- Familiarity with TeamSpaces and Multi-Currency Exchange functionalities.

- Sound understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform security, and core data structures.

- Experience in Agile delivery frameworks, version control, and CI/CD integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- Exposure to SPM implementations within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
