Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and implement solutions using ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM) and Integration Hub.

- Design and automate source-to-pay processes, including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, contract lifecycle, and approvals.

- Build and enhance Flow Designer workflows and Virtual Agent experiences for procurement-related use cases.

- Create and maintain custom dashboards, procurement analytics, and reporting tools.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring solutions align with procurement and compliance needs.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers.

- Support system integration and testing efforts, including UAT and production deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow procurement modules.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 5+ years of proven experience with ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM)

- Strong understanding of procurement workflows, supplier management, and contract lifecycle

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Studio, and Virtual Agent

- Experience working with Integration Hub, building spokes and integrations with external systems

- Ability to design and generate custom reports and dashboards for procurement KPIs and compliance tracking

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Experience working in Agile development environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Procurement-related certifications

- Knowledge of ITSM and GRC modules within ServiceNow

- Experience with mid-size to enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations

- Understanding of security and compliance within procurement processes
