ServiceNow Developer - Performance Analytics

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Performance Analytics (V3 or V4 certified).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet business needs, with a particular focus on performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop dynamic reports, scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to support organizational workflows and processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, maintaining data integrity and performance optimization.

- Manage platform upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ServiceNow modules and analytics components.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Dedicated experience in Performance Analytics.

Mandatory Certifications :

- ServiceNow Performance Analytics Certification (V3 or V4)

- Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Reporting.

- Solid grasp of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
