Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop reports, scorecards, indicators, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain data integrity in all configurations.

- Perform upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve platform performance.

- Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization for ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience specifically in Performance Analytics.

- Mandatory Certification : ServiceNow CSA + Performance Analytics V3 or V4 certification.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Reporting.

- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, etc.).

- Good understanding of ITIL processes.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with Integration (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
