- Design and develop robust ServiceNow solutions by configuring core modules, including ITSM and HRSD, to meet specific client business objectives and streamline service delivery.

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring that technical designs align with industry best practices and long-term platform scalability.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs to create a unified ecosystem and eliminate data silos for the end user.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of platform performance, security, and maintainability.

- Partner with business process owners to translate high-level requirements into functional technical specifications, ensuring the final product delivers measurable business value.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development and Implementation.

- Expertise in OMT (Order Management).

- Hands-on experience in SOMT (ServiceNow Order Management).

- Experience in developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow Order Management solutions.

- Strong technical knowledge and implementation experience in Order Management workflows.

Candidate Requirements :

- Minimum 6+ years of overall IT experience.

- At least 4+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow OMT/SOMT.

- Strong hands-on technical expertise in Order Management.

- Candidates available immediately or within 30 days preferred.
