Description :

- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications based on business requirements

- Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, and other protocols

- Design and configure ServiceNow Workspaces and Service Portals

- Work on modules such as CSM, FSM, and PRM

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance

- Participate in agile development cycles and client interactions

Key Requirements :

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with custom application development

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with Workspaces and Portal development

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS within ServiceNow

- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery modules is a plus

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in client-facing roles

- Exposure to end-to-end ServiceNow implementations

- ServiceNow certifications (added advantage)
