Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, ITSM modules, workflow automation, integrations, and platform customization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that enhance IT service management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development :

- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure and maintain forms, tables, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs.

- Develop reusable components and implement platform best practices.

- Customize the ServiceNow user interface to improve user experience.

ITSM Implementation :

- Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules, including :

1. Incident Management

2. Problem Management

3. Change Management

4. Request Management

5. Knowledge Management

6. Service Catalog

- Configure SLAs, notifications, approvals, and automation workflows.

Workflow Automation & Integrations :

- Build and maintain Flow Designer workflows and business process automation.

- Develop REST and SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Jira, SAP, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms.

- Create inbound and outbound integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Server where required.

Platform Maintenance & Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

- Support platform upgrades, patch implementations, and release management activities.

- Ensure platform stability, security, and optimal performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Administrators, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the development lifecycle.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.

- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and deployment documentation.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 - 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.

- Hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules.

- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations and working with IntegrationHub.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
