Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM and CSM modules.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

- Implement and support ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) workflows

- Work on Customer Service Management (CSM) module to enhance customer experience

- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting tools

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform

- Expertise in ITSM and CSM modules

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM)

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
