ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, Release Management, Knowledge Management, and Reporting.

- Develop workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and catalog items.

- Customize the platform using JavaScript and AngularJS for UI enhancements.

- Set up ServiceNow development instances and manage update set migration across Dev, Test, and Production.

- Work with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management, and integrate them with ITSM processes.

- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems such as LDAP, SSO, Workday, Slack, and Tanium.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver scalable solutions.

- Ensure adherence to IT Asset Management processes; integrate tools like MS SCCM with ServiceNow.

- Work within an Agile environment and maintain proper technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

- CIS ITSM Implementation Specialist certification (desirable).

- Familiarity with Jenkins, Chef, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, and relational databases.

- Understanding of networking devices, proxy servers, and firewalls.
