About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Now Assist, Agentic AI, and JavaScript. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform to improve workflows and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Implement Now Assist and Agentic AI features for intelligent automation.

- Write and maintain clean, scalable JavaScript code for ServiceNow applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure integration with existing systems and optimize workflows.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance platform performance.

- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow and AI-driven automation trends.

Requirements :

- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong knowledge of Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM (good to have).

- Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).

- Exposure to AI/ML integrations with ServiceNow.

- Knowledge of workflow automation, orchestration, or chatbots.
