Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development & Customization :

- Build workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.)

- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and compliant

- Maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations

Collaboration & Quality Assurance :

- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices

- Troubleshoot technical issues across development and integration

- Implement solutions that minimize maintenance and optimize performance

Continuous Learning & Innovation :

- Advocate for agile development and servant leadership mindset

- Drive innovation through smart automation and low-code design

Certifications :

Mandatory : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred : Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
