Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and custom application development. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, full-stack development capabilities, and experience integrating advanced automation, AI/ML, and workflow solutions within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules.

- Build and enhance custom applications using JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS/React, HTML, and CSS.

- Configure and extend Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and other platform components.

- Implement server-side scripting, UI policies, client scripts, and reusable components.

Full-Stack & Platform Architecture :

- Develop front-end experiences including Service Portal, Now Experience, and custom UI components.

- Build back-end features using server-side code, database operations, and API integrations.

- Work closely with architects to ensure scalable, maintainable, and compliant platform solutions.

- Manage CMDB-related customizations and integrations when necessary.

AI/ML & Intelligent Automation :

- Integrate ServiceNow with LLMs, chatbots, AI services, and automation frameworks.

- Implement smart workflows and autonomous digital processes using platform intelligence tools.

- Leverage Predictive Intelligence and Virtual Agent features where applicable.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Work with cross-functional teams (architects, business analysts, process owners) to gather and refine requirements.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies : sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups.

- Ensure clean code practices, documentation, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.

- Conduct code reviews, support UAT, and ensure smooth deployments across environments.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Expertise across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and custom app development.

Strong proficiency in :

- JavaScript, Glide API

- AngularJS or React

- HTML & CSS

Deep understanding of :

- Flow Designer

- IntegrationHub

- Script Includes

- Business Rules

- ACLs

- CMDB architecture

- Full-stack development capabilities (front-end + server-side).

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and modern automation.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to DevOps tools : Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.

- ServiceNow certifications such as :

- CAD (Certified Application Developer)

- CIS ITSM/CSM/ITOM

- ServiceNow Micro-Certifications (IntegrationHub, Predictive Intelligence)
