We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in UI Builder, Custom App Development, and configuration of core modules such as ITOM / ITAM / ITSM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user-centric applications and interfaces on the ServiceNow platform to enhance business workflows and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive, intuitive interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.

- Build custom ServiceNow applications and components tailored to specific business needs.

- Collaborate with functional teams to extend or customize existing modules such as ITOM, ITAM, or ITSM.

- Integrate ServiceNow apps with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Implement dynamic pages, layouts, and widgets to create seamless UI experiences.

- Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and flows for automation.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure platform best practices.

- Optimize performance and ensure maintainability of ServiceNow apps and interfaces.

- Work closely with product owners, architects, and ServiceNow admins to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow UI Builder, Now Experience Components, and Service Portal.

- Proven expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS / React, and front-end web technologies.

- Experience in ServiceNow Custom App Development and Scoped Applications.

- Understanding of one or more ServiceNow modules ITOM / ITAM / ITSM preferred.

- Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Workflow configuration.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Good to Have :

- Experience with ServiceNow workspace configuration and UI Policies in custom apps.

- Certification such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- Exposure to Agile / DevOps practices and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
