- Strong coding skills in JavaScript and related ServiceNow scripting

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations with a focus on ITOM and Discovery modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues specifically related to discovery patterns and integrations.

- Develop and customize Service Portals to improve user experience and functionality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and administrators, to gather requirements and implement solutions.

- Build, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions following best practices and coding standards.

- Implement ITSM processes and assist in ITOM automation and orchestration.

- Conduct code reviews, participate in design discussions, and mentor junior developers.

- Maintain detailed documentation of code, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

- Monitor and optimize performance of the ServiceNow platform.

- Keep abreast of new ServiceNow features and enhancements relevant to ITOM and Discovery.

Qualifications :

- 9+ years overall IT experience with at least 6 years specifically with ServiceNow ITOM and Discoveries.

- Proven hands-on experience with Service Portal, ITSM, and ITOM modules.

- Strong experience in discovery types: Cloud, Pattern, Network Discovery.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
