ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Module

We are looking for ServiceNow Senior Developer to design, build, and maintain Servicenow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, GRC and platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- ITSM & ITOM Development

- Configure incident, problem, change and request workflows (UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules)

- Implement Discovery, CMDB Event Management and service Mapping.

- Build risk, Compliance, Audit workflows.

- Define ACLs, UI/Data Policies, and governance Scripting.

- Use GlideRecord, GlideSystem in Business rules Script Includes, Client/ Server Logic.

- Write Java Script for both Server- and client-side, with AJAX-drivenUI enhancements.

- Design granular ACLs and role-based data permissions.

- Implement UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Actions, and form Layouts to maintain data integrity.

- Build BusinessRules Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flow Designer Flows, and orchestrations for process automation.

- Use GlideAlax, background scripts, and asynchronous processing for responsive user interfaces.

- Integrate via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and external system connectors.

- Follow-cobing best practices, conduct instance health checks, manage upgrades, and optimize performance.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of proven hands-on ServiceNow Development Experience.

- Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, GRC/IRM, Discovery and CMDB Frameworks.
