ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM/ITBM Modules

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

- Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Support platform upgrades and new module implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow Developer or Administrator certification.

- Experience in ServiceNow Service Portal customization.

- Knowledge of Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
