ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM/HRSD Module

Description :

- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, SAM/HAM, and CSM, in alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Implement and manage 3rd-party integrations with ServiceNow to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Develop and customize workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using JavaScript, XML, and XSL.

- Review and validate deliverables from team members to ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate functional, technical, and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Prepare effort estimates, technical documentation, and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for proposed solutions.

- Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of implemented ServiceNow solutions.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, demonstrating strong time management and team coordination skills.

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to recommend process improvements and solution enhancements.

Skills :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like CSM , HRSD , ITAM and ITOM

- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, 3rd party integrations

- Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services

- Very good verbal and written English communication skills

- Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills

Responsibilities :

- Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices.

- Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept

- Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.

- Good to have ServiceNow admin and implementation certifications.
