ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITAM Modules

Job Summary : As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation : implementation of ServiceNow modules, procurement management and custom applications

- Integration : Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and internal systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.

- Best Practices : Develop and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, version control, and testing procedures.

- Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, identifying areas for improvement and

implementing enhancements.

- Documentation : Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.

- Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, and evaluate their potential impact on our environment.

As a ServiceNow developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing solutions across the ServiceNow Platform and various integrations.

- Hands on experience on ITSM and ITAM is mandatory.

- You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow configurations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across all modules of ITSM, and various integrations.

- Develop and enhance Virtual Agents using NLU models, topics, and dialog flows to automate Tier-0 and Tier-1 user interactions.

- Implement and configure ServiceNow Assist (AI-powered agent assist) to enhance agent productivity and improve user experience.

- Good knowledge of ITAM module (Hardware Asset Management), hands on exp on atleast 1 implementation of HAM

- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications based on business needs.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and web services.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the quality of solutions delivered.

- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.

- Mentor junior team members and participate in knowledge sharing activities.
