Role : ServiceNow Senior Developer / Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

- Configure ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem and Service Catalogue modules.

- Develop integrations using APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server and Web Services.

- Build Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Notifications, Reports and Dashboards.

- Participate in Agile development and sprint delivery.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, code reviews and deployment activities.

- Provide BAU support and platform enhancements.

- Conduct UAT sessions and stakeholder demonstrations.

Mandatory Skills:

- ServiceNow Platform Development

- ITSM, ITAM and CMDB

- ServiceNow App Engine Studio

- JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, HTML, CSS

- REST APIs, SOAP APIs and MID Server

- Integration Hub and Scoped Applications

- ITIL Frameworks and Relational Databases

- Agile Development Methodologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.

- ServiceNow CSA and CAD Certifications preferred.

- 6+ Years experience for Senior Developer.

- Below 6 Years experience for Developer.

- Preferred Airline Industry experience
