Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support business processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.

- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and data policies.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and dashboards based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Perform system administration tasks including upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features and modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS (preferred).

- Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migrations.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications preferred.

- Ability to work in a distributed, Pan-India team setup.
