About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced ITSM/IT Operations Specialist with strong service assurance expertise and a solid development background. The ideal candidate should be proficient with leading ITSM tools, possess excellent analytical skills, and be well-versed in ITIL frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support IT Service Management and IT Operations activities across the organization.
- Handle service assurance functions such as monitoring, reconciliation, and incident/service request analysis.
- Develop scripts, automation, and integrations using JavaScript and other scripting languages.
- Configure, customize, and maintain tools such as BMC Remedy/Helix, Jira, ServiceNow, and Micro Focus Service Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ITSM processes, workflows, and system performance.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare documentation, reports, dashboards, and operational insights for leadership teams.
