ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

- Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables using client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and scheduled jobs.

- Implement and manage core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.

- Develop integrations with external tools and platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.

- Participate in upgrade activities, platform maintenance, and performance tuning.

- Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture, design, and user guides.

- Adhere to coding standards and best practices in ServiceNow development.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules : ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Service Catalog, CMDB.

- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Performance Analytics.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation Specialist) Preferred.
