We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in one or more of the following modules :

- ITOM (IT Operations Management)

- GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

- SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional)

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules (ITOM / GRC / SAM Pro)

- Customize workflows, forms, scripts, and business rules

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems

- Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance

- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development

- Expertise in at least one advanced module : ITOM, GRC, or SAM Pro

- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide)

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes

- Experience in integration and troubleshooting
