Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong background in Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low code Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio and procode e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS approaches.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others, to meet business needs.

- Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.

- Design and implement integrations with third party systems using REST SOAP APIs, Kafka, MID Server, and other integration tools.

- Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.

- A suitable phrase to describe experience in accessing data between scoped applications and global database tables in ServiceNow could be:

- Proficient in managing data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the ServiceNow platform.

- good implementation knowledge and experience in the ServiceNow Module.

- Should have implemented ITSM with any modules such as ITOM or CSM or ,HRSD,or any of the modules of ServiceNow etc.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Golden standard

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
