ServiceNow Developer - ITOM/CMDB Modules

About the Role :

We are hiring a ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB Developer to design, implement, and maintain a robust Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that supports IT operations and service management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and optimize ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

- Define and maintain CI class structures and relationships.

- Integrate ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping with external data sources.

- Define and enforce CMDB governance policies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-8 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery.

- Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting skills.

- Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 and configuration management processes.
