Job Description

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that support organizational digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities :


ITOM Development & Optimization :

- Implement and configure Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB.

- Optimize IT operations processes and ensure seamless visibility into infrastructure and applications.

HRSD Development & Customization :

- Design and enhance HR workflows including onboarding, case management, and lifecycle events.

- Create self-service and automation solutions to improve HR efficiency.

Platform Customization :

- Develop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and Flow Designer flows.

- Customize forms, tables, and fields as per business requirements.

Integration & Automation :

- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Enhance automation for IT and HR processes, ensuring high system performance.

Support & Maintenance :

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement enhancements.

- Ensure best practices and governance across ServiceNow modules.


Required Skills & Experience :


- 5-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong knowledge of ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB) and HRSD modules.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (preferred for UI customization).

- Expertise in Flow Designer, Workflow, and Business Rules.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, etc.).

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications (preferred).

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Education :


- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Advanced certifications in ServiceNow (ITOM, HRSD) are an added advantage.
