We are hiring for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join on a contractual basis with Infosys for a hybrid role based out of Bangalore or Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end development on the ServiceNow platform across modules like TSM (Technology Service Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management)

- Develop, configure and script custom applications on ServiceNow

- REST/SOAP API integrations for external systems

- Work with Service Portals, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts for customizations

- Understand and implement ITIL processes around Incident, Change, Problem, Case Management, and CMDB

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

- Strong expertise in TSM and/or CSM modules

- Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP)

- Good understanding of UI customization, client scripts, and workflows

- ITIL knowledge across ITSM modules

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator), CSM/TSM certifications
