Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITAM solutions based on business requirements.

- Work on asset lifecycle management, inventory, tracking, procurement, and retirement processes.

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Build automated asset management processes using Flow Designer and Workflows.

- Configure and enhance Service Catalog, approvals, and asset-related processes.

- Develop and maintain integrations with procurement, inventory, finance, discovery, and enterprise systems.

- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server for integration requirements.

- Support CMDB and asset data management to improve data accuracy and visibility.

- Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and production issues.

- Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, infrastructure, security, and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of overall IT experience with 3.5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM.

- Good understanding of IT asset lifecycle and asset management processes.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Catalog.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

- CSA, CAD, or CIS-ITAM certification preferred.
