Extensive experience building Catalog Items, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment workflows.

Good understanding of ITSM processes and service delivery concepts.

Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM concepts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM).

- Implement and support HAM Pro and SAM Pro capabilities aligned with business and operational requirements.

- Build and maintain Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Catalog workflows, and automated fulfillment processes.

- Develop workflow automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

- Design and implement REST API integrations with internal and external systems.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript, including business rules, client scripts, script includes, and related scripting components.

- Perform data migration and transformation using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Imports.
