ServiceNow IRM Module Implementation Experienced associates with experience in ServiceNow IRM CMDB and CSDM

Preferred Qualifications/Certifications :

- 5+ Years of experience in SNOW IRM

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Key Responsibilities :

- ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration: Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

- Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).

- Configure and customize functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.

- Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows.

Integration & Data Management :

- Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).

- Perform data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes.

Collaboration & Requirements Gathering :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions.

- Participate in requirements workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow IRM capabilities and best practices.

- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
