Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain HR Services, HR Cases, Catalog Items, workflows, and automated processes.

- Build and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Develop solutions using Flow Designer and Workflows to automate HR processes.

- Design and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with HR, business, QA, architecture, and technology teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Support testing, deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and production activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of overall IT experience with 3.5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Catalog.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

- CSA, CAD, or CIS-HRSD certification preferred.
