Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.

- Support and enhance existing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, etc.).

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.

- Maintain ServiceNow upgrade readiness and ensure platform performance optimization.

- Provide technical support and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development (5+ years).

- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS within the ServiceNow platform.

- Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.

- Experience in creating custom applications and Service Portal components.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Web Services).

- Knowledge of Flow Designer, UI Builder, and App Engine Studio is a plus.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade and instance management.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
