ServiceNow Developer - HRSD/ITSM/ITBM

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and customize ServiceNow applications across multiple modules

- Work on end-to-end ServiceNow implementations including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, GRC

- Configure and develop Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules and UI Actions

- Build and manage ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Import Sets and Transform Maps

- Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer

- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions

- Follow Agile and DevOps practices with CI/CD and automated testing

- Perform debugging, performance tuning and production support

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Back-End development and integrations

- Experience in minimum two ServiceNow modules HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, GRC (HRSD preferred)

- Hands-on with Flow Designer and Integration Hub

- Good understanding of DevOps, Git, CI/CD and Automation testing (Selenium)

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
