Job Opportunity : ServiceNow IRM Developer

Experience: 4-6 years (including 12 years / projects in IRM/GRC)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development and practical exposure to Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) modules. The role involves designing scalable solutions, implementing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications, including Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit modules.

- Implement risk lifecycle workflows, scoring models, and control mechanisms.

- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automation.

- Build and enhance GRC Workspaces using UI Builder.

- Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and manage data imports and transformations.

- Create role-specific dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.

- Ensure development follows upgrade-safe and modular coding practices.

- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodology.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

- 12 years or projects involving IRM/GRC modules.

Strong understanding of :

- Risk lifecycle

- Risk scoring methodology

- Controls and compliance frameworks

Proficiency in :

- JavaScript, Glide scripting

- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes

- Flow Designer

Hands-on experience with :

- GRC Workspaces and UI Builder

- Configuration of IRM modules

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, data imports, dashboards, and reporting.

- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Optional) :

- ServiceNow IRM / GRC certification

- Exposure to Service Mapping or SecOps

- Experience with Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
