ServiceNow Developer - GRC Module

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

- Manage and enhance platform infrastructure and application architecture.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Lead or contribute to GRC module development, including Policy and Compliance, Risk, and Audit Management.

- Implement and test ServiceNow solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

- Support and maintain existing ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Stay updated on the latest platform features and best practices in ServiceNow development.

- Document technical designs, processes, and procedures; provide end-user training and support.

- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle.

Capabilities & Skills Required :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.

- At least 2 years of experience working with the GRC module as a developer or technical lead.

- Proficient in ServiceNow Core concepts including client scripts, business rules, UI policies, workflows, ACLs, and server-side scripting.

- Experience in ServiceNow integrations, Service Portal, and CMDB (Good to Have).

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) in ServiceNow.

- ServiceNow certifications: CAD (Certified Application Developer) or CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to ServiceNow CAMS module is a plus.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment .

- Familiarity with ITSM, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules.

- Prior experience with Performance Analytics and Flow Designer
