Position : ServiceNow Generative AI / Agentic AI Developer (38 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and innovative ServiceNow Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced AI-driven solutions leveraging the latest Agentic AI capabilities.

This role involves working with Virtual Agents, autonomous AI agents, and Generative AI to enhance workflows and user experience across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Development :

- Design and deploy intelligent, AI-powered workflows using ServiceNow Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and AI Orchestrator.

Virtual Agent and NLU :

- Configure and customize Virtual Agents, implement NLU models, and deliver automated and personalized user support.

Generative AI Integration :

- Leverage Now Assist and Now Assist Skill Kit for incident and case summarization, knowledge base creation, and AI Search Summarization.

Platform Integration :

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and AI models using REST and SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Scripting and Customization :

- Develop JavaScript-based customizations including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

Testing and Optimization :

- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance using AI Control Tower and Performance Analytics.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Work with cross-functional teams and prepare detailed documentation for AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow AI, ML, and GenAI solutions

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON

- Experience in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, or HRSD

- Hands-on experience with AI Agent Studio, Virtual Agent Designer, NLU Workbench, and Now Assist

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification

- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI or ML concepts

- Experience working in Agile environments
